Each year, during the month of December, all chapters conduct an appropriate service to recall the memory of those members who have entered into Omega Chapter. The service shall focus on the contributions of the deceased brothers and conducted in accordance with the rules established by the fraternity for such services. The chapter Chaplain shall serve as the presiding officer over the ceremony. A report outlining the content of the ceremony shall be submitted to the National Programs Coordinator from the respective chapter Programs Coordinator no later than December 31st yearly.

• To increase awareness and pay honor and respect to Brothers who have passed on to the Omega Chapter.
